Our classes started with mindfulness breathing and breath work, the subtle energy which often overlooked. During the class, we explore the body and reconnect with our breaths through movements. Further from creating the length and space and strengthening, we also emphasise the mobility of the joints to keep our joint well lubed and keep the body functioning.
At the end of class, long savasana will be offered, allowing you to experience the deep relaxation, to discover the stillness and peace within. Before a meditation and perhaps more of breath work.
